"Battle of Kings"
We are proud to present the “Battle of Kings” pen and desk set. Based on a medieval theme, the pen features handcrafted metalwork on a resin base with a standard Jowo #6 nib.
The cap features four nickel family sigils with bronze accents and a seven-spired crown final surrounding a “three-eye” spiral medallion. The body is surrounded by three nickel silver dragons and is completed with a seven-prong bronze setting supporting a black obsidian cabochon. Sculpted bronze rings finish out the cap, body and section with highlights in a smoky black resin.
The desk set includes a throne-style pen cradle, an ink well and blotter with hand done metalwork, and a sword letter opener with Damascus steel blade and “wolf head” pommel. The set is completed with oak and hand cut slate platforms.
All parts of this pen and accessories have been crafted in our shop by hand. Only the nib and international standard converter were purchased. We welcome inquiries about this one-of-a-kind set. We are proud to note that this pen was the winner and chosen Best of Show for the 2021 Pen Artisan Guild contest. It is also featured in the October 2021 issue of Pen World International magazine.
